Rawat Infratech Solutionz is executing Electrical (E&M;) works — panels, cabling, cable trays, earthing, LED lighting, UPS/DG installation and testing & commissioning — across 6 underground stations of the Surat Metro Rail Project. We're looking for experienced Site Supervisors to oversee day-to-day execution at station sites, coordinate our workforce/subcontractor crews, and ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site execution of electrical works: cable laying & termination, cable tray/GI structure installation, panel/DB installation & wiring, earthing, LED fixture installation, UPS/DG support.
- Certify daily progress and measurement of work done by deployed manpower/subcontractor crew, as the basis for billing.
- Coordinate with the Client's site team and QA/QC for joint inspections before covering concealed work (conduits, earthing).
- Enforce safety (PPE, EHS policy, Permit-to-Work procedures) and conduct safety inductions for recent workers.
- Manage consumables issue and reconciliation against site requirements.
- Verify testing instrument calibration (megger, earth tester, clamp meter) before use.
- Maintain daily progress reports and escalate delays, material shortages, or site issues to the Project Manager.
- Support statutory compliance checks (labour attendance, PPE compliance,



subcontractor documentation).
- Coordinate interface issues with other work packages (civil, signalling, HVAC, fire-fighting) at the station.

Requirements

- Diploma/ITI or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience supervising electrical works on infrastructure/metro/construction projects
- Working knowledge of LV cabling, panel/DB installation, earthing systems, and testing & commissioning practices
- Familiarity with IS standards for electrical installation work
- Ability to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and BOQs
- Comfortable working in underground/tunnel and live construction environments, including night shifts where required.

Preferred

- Prior experience on metro rail, railway, or large infrastructure E&M; packages
- Experience supervising subcontracted labour and certifying subcontractor bills
- Basic computer literacy for daily reporting (Excel, WhatsApp/email reporting)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Electrical Site Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
