Key Responsibilities

- Document Layout & Typesetting: Format text, tables, charts, and images into clean layouts based on project guidelines. Make Quetions Paper, Worksheets, etc.
- File Preparation: Convert files between formats (such as Word to PDF or InDesign to ePub) and prepare print-ready files following accurate publishing standards.
- Image & Graphic Editing: Crop, resize, and color-correct images, or adjust vector illustrations to enhance visual appeal.
- Proofreading: Review final drafts for alignment, pagination, formatting flaws, and typographical errors before production.
- Collaboration: Work alongside editors, graphic designers, and clients to implement design corrections and ensure brand consistency.

Required Skills & Software

- Software Proficiency:



Mastery of DTP and design tools like Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and PageMaker.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of typography, grid systems, page layout principles, and color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB).
- Attention to Detail: High precision in handling text alignment, spacing, and complex scientific or mathematical content if working in academic publishing.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver clean files under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,279.53 - ₹18,180.16 per month
