Angard Staffing is recruiting motivated individuals to join our team as Temporary Bay Marshals with Royal Mail.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping Royal Mail move millions of parcels efficiently and safely across the country.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Bay Marshal , you will play an important role in the loading and unloading of trailers, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of parcels and equipment throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Move Yorks, cages, pallets, and other operational equipment around the site.
- Ensure trailers are loaded in accordance with operational and safety requirements.
- Assist with the movement of parcels between operational areas.
- Conduct trailer checks before loading and unloading activities commence.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organised working area.
- Work closely with operational teams to achieve productivity targets.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

- Is comfortable with physically demanding work.
- Can lift and move parcels, equipment, and containers safely.
- Has a strong focus on health and safety.
- Is reliable, punctual, and flexible.




- Works well as part of a team.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, parcel processing, or trailer loading is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
