Job Summary

Green Worms Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth through customer outreach, lead generation, sales coordination, and customer relationship management.

The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain relevant company services and solutions to potential customers.
- Schedule customer meetings and coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and support the sales process.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, customer onboarding, and service requirements.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities.




- Update CRM and other sales records as required.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer relations, or a related role will be an advantage.

Work Location

Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala – In person

Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Calicut or relocate before starting work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
