React.js Technical Lead - JavaScript, Node.js

Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineer - Web Full Stack that has a solid understanding of Javascript, NodeJS, React, and emerging javascript frameworks , to work on an agile cross-functional team that values collaboration, automation, and innovation. Key Responsibilities

What to expect:

- Deliver features for end-to-end web application development on a multi-functional team
- Learn how to build applications using our in-house frameworks
- Collaborate with product owners to understand business needs and participate in refining stories
- Embrace code review, pair programming, and process innovation to better yourself and the team
- Optimize code for accessibility, performance, availability
- Increase the confidence in our deployments by writing tests, contributing to reliability frameworks, and finding automation opportunities
- Investigate and resolve production issues with the help of our site reliability team

- Innovate and implement recent technologies in an effort to improve our team and applications

Skill Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

- Have at least 5+ years of experience in Web Development
- Have solid experience with front end frameworks and state management with or similar to ReactJS / Redux
- Have a strong understanding of NodeJS, CSS, APIs, Jest, Mocha, Rest, GraphQL, Express
- Have experience with modern JavaScript coding, open source ecosystem, and development practices
- Have a passion for providing the best customer experience, and is comfortable optimizing for accessibility and performance
- Are comfortable working in an environment based on Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles
- Take initiative to collaborate with others in order to find solutions to the team's problems
- Are excited about innovation and automation

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Web Development technologies such as React.JS or Node.JS are a plus.
