About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and closing sales with a smooth, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end customer interactions — from initial inquiry to final sale closure
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate options
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure a seamless, positive buying experience
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams (documentation, legal, marketing) to ensure smooth transaction closure




- Handle objections professionally and negotiate deals effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, preferably from the Coimbatore market
- Strong and complete knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and market dynamics
- Excellent customer handling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in direct sales with a track record of successful deal closures
- Comfortable and confident interacting with diverse customer profiles
- Working knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (lead tracking, follow-ups, reporting)
- Willingness to relocate to Salem
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus)

Preferred Attributes

- Existing network/client base in the Coimbatore/Salem real estate market
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license for site visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
