Implementation Temenos Transact core banking platform to support the Bank’s strategic transformation objectives and operational requirements. The initiative will deliver an integrated, scalable, and future-ready solution that enhances operational efficiency, strengthens financial and regulatory capabilities, improves data management and reporting, and provides a solid foundation for sustainable business growth and ongoing modernization.

Responsibilities

The Temenos Business Analyst – Payments is responsible for defining, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements for payment solutions, ensuring that payment processes, regulatory obligations, and operational requirements are effectively translated into solution design and successful project delivery.

Skills

Must have

Proven experience of 8-10 years as a Business Analyst in banking payments transformation or core banking implementation projects.

Proven experience with TPH stand-alone implementation.





Solid understanding of payment business processes and payment operations.

Experience with:

Domestic Payments

International Payments

Cross-Border Payments

RTGS

ACH / Bulk Payments

Standing Orders

Direct Debits

Payment Investigations and Exceptions

Knowledge of payment industry standards and messaging formats, including:

SWIFT MT/MX

ISO 20022

SEPA (where applicable)

Strong requirements gathering, business process modelling, and documentation skills.

Experience preparing:

Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

Functional Requirements

Process Flows

User Stories

Test Scenarios

Experience supporting SIT, UAT, data migration, and deployment activities.

Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
