Position Details:

- Role: Telecaller
- Location: Mohali, Chandigarh
- Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to clients and patients.
- Providing information about our Ayurvedic treatments and services.
- Resolving queries and guiding clients professionally.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
