- Operation and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems.
- Troubleshooting of IP cameras, NVR/DVR, network switches, PoE switches, racks, and related equipment.
- Troubleshooting of LAN/network connectivity and wiring.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of EPABX systems, KTS phones, CLI phones, switches, patch cords, jack panels, and telephone wiring.
- Attend breakdown complaints and provide immediate technical support.
- Perform routine checking, testing, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- Identify technical faults and resolve complaints at the site.
- Maintain service reports and update the office/client regarding complaint status.
- Coordinate with the concerned department and ensure proper functioning of all systems.
