Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Sector: Retail

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide product/service information.

- Assist customers with purchases and resolve complaints.

- Maintain good customer relationships.

- Follow up with customers and support sales activities.

- Maintain basic customer records and reports.

Requirements:

- Any degree/diploma.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused attitude.

- Freshers can apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
