- Prepare RM requirements based on production plans, yield and chemical specifications.

2. Production Planning

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on sales orders, inventory and available capacity.
- Monitor plan vs. actual production.

3. Furnace Planning
Prepare an optimum furnace charge mix considering:

- Chemical composition
- Raw material cost
- Burning loss
- Dross generation
- Recovery
- Furnace capacity
- Product specifications

4. Production & Yield Monitoring

- Monitor heat-wise yield, burning loss and dross generation.
- Identify production losses and take corrective actions.

5. Inventory Control

- Monitor RM, WIP and FG inventory.




- Maintain optimum inventory levels without affecting production.
- Monitor inventory ageing.

6. Management Reporting
Prepare and present:

- Daily PPC Dashboard
- Weekly Production Review
- Monthly MIS
- Plan vs. Actual Analysis
- RM Requirement & Inventory Report
- Capacity Utilization
- Production Loss Analysis
- Quality Loss Analysis
- Inventory Ageing
- Production Forecast
- Management Action Tracker

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
