HR Manager – Blue Collar Workforce

- Handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, joining & induction.
- Manage attendance, shifts, payroll, overtime, PF & ESI.
- Handle employee records, grievances, discipline & performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies for manpower hiring.
- Prepare HR MIS and maintain employee data.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel & Word with good English communication.
- 3–5 years’ experience in HR, preferably handling blue-collar workforce.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
