About the Role

Inchara Ayur Care is looking for an experienced Centre Manager / Business Development Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, customer experience, team coordination, and business development of our Ayurveda and wellness centre.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Ayurveda, wellness, spa, healthcare, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive business development, lead generation, sales, client conversions, and revenue growth.
- Manage client enquiries, follow-ups, consultations, packages, memberships, and customer retention.
- Ensure high standards of customer experience, service quality, hygiene, and centre presentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, front-office staff, and other team members for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor centre performance, sales, appointments, leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Oversee operational and performance reports and prepare monthly P&L; reports for management.
- Drive local marketing initiatives, promotions, referral programmes, and corporate/institutional tie-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, corporates,



and other business partners.
- Coordinate staff schedules, productivity, training, and day-to-day team requirements.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely and qualified resolution.
- Monitor inventory, consumables, and other centre requirements.
- Work closely with management on sales targets, business strategies, operational improvements, and centre growth.

Eligibility

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in centre management, business development, sales, wellness, spa, Ayurveda, healthcare, or hospitality.
- BAMS candidates can apply.
- Candidates with any bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience may apply.
- Prior experience in an Ayurveda or wellness setting will be given priority.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kothanur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
