We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-oriented Telecallers to join our immigration consultancy office in Sector 22C, Chandigarh.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients over phone calls and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain basic information about visa and immigration services.
- Understand client requirements and forward qualified leads to the counselling team.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments for visa counsellors.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Previous telecalling, sales, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work full-time from the office.
