Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Alappuzha

Experience: 7–15 Years in Seafood / Food Processing, 5–7 years preferably in QA Manager / Senior QA role

*Qualification:* Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Fisheries / Microbiology or related field

Salary: As per industry standards

Key Requirements:

* Experience in *Value-Added Seafood Processing & Export*

* Solid knowledge of *HACCP, GMP, GHP, SSOP & Food Safety Systems*

* Knowledge of *FSSAI, export standards & customer requirements*

* Experience in *Audits, CAPA, RCA, complaints, traceability & recalls*

* Team handling experience in *QA/QC & Laboratory*

* Knowledge of *ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 / BRCGS* preferred
