Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machines and plant equipment.
- Handle maintenance of fabrication machinery, welding machines, cutting machines, presses, compressors, DG sets, and powder coating equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, breakdown records, and spare-parts inventory.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and vendors for timely maintenance and spare availability.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of powder coating line, ovens, conveyors, and related equipment.
- Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and safety practices in the maintenance area.
- Identify recurring breakdowns and implement root-cause analysis and corrective actions.




- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements or modifications in HSG Leaser, Dardontech fusion, Amada Punching & Muratec Punching machines
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
- Lead and guide the maintenance team and allocate daily maintenance activities.

Candidate Profile:

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing / fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, powder coating machinery, mechanical maintenance, 5S, TPM and Kaizen.
- Experience in handling maintenance teams and plant machinery.
- Valuable troubleshooting, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year
