Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior GenAI & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI applications and cloud environments.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced AI development (RAG, Agentic AI, MCP) and scalable Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure). You will build production-ready copilot applications, implement automated multi-agent systems, and deploy standard IaC modules for enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities

- GenAI & Agentic AI Systems: Design and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, LLMs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- RAG & Search Optimization: Implement end-to-end RAG systems featuring vector databases, semantic search, hybrid retrieval, and automated quality benchmarking using RAGAS or DeepEval.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform): Develop, maintain, and standardize reusable Terraform modules and templates to deploy cloud-native AI workloads on Azure across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
- Enterprise Integration: Build MCP Servers, custom plugins, APIs, and copilot capabilities that enable AI systems to securely interact with internal enterprise tools and data stores.
- LLM Optimization:



Apply fine-tuning strategies (LoRA, QLoRA) when applicable and establish metrics for accuracy, latency, and agent reliability.
- Observability & Security: Implement logging, monitoring, and telemetry (Azure Monitor, Splunk, Key Vault) following strict cloud security and compliance standards.

Requirements & QualificationsBasic Qualifications

- Total IT Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, cloud, or AI system delivery.
- Generative AI: 3+ years of production experience in RAG, Agentic AI, multi-agent collaboration, and MCP.
- Cloud Platform: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Azure Functions, Container Apps, Key Vault).
- Infrastructure as Code: 2+ years of hands-on Terraform experience writing modular, scalable templates.
- Programming: Proficient in Python, Node.js, or .NET.
- Work Preference: Ability to work standard shift hours (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST).

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA / QLoRA).
- Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (SDD) and standardized developer platform frameworks.
- Proven track record of taking AI projects from POC into full production environments.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
