Broad outline of the Role
This is an operational role responsible for performing end-to-end recruitment. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- MBA or a post graduate degree in HR
4 -8 years of experience in HR

Other Knowledge & Skills

- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Excellent communication,



interpersonal and Strong decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.

- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, internet sites.

- Actively working on sourcing through our automation tool, ATS, Naukri, Linkedin, social media etc.

- Process IJP and employee referrals.

- Organizing technical interviews and taking them to closure.

- Preparing MIS reports on pipeline and basic analytics.

- Offer negotiation and releasing
