We are looking for a dedicated and organized Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and help drive business goals. You will act as the key link between upper management and frontline staff, turning high-level strategies into clear, daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Supervise team members, build morale, and guide daily workflows.
- Goal Setting: Translate company targets into achievable goals and actionable work plans for the team.
- Performance Management: Monitor employee progress, conduct regular reviews, and provide helpful coaching or feedback.
- Operations Oversight: Manage schedules, allocate resources properly, and remove obstacles to keep projects moving.
- Problem Solving: Resolve workplace conflicts or operational issues quickly and creatively.
- Reporting: Track performance metrics and share progress updates or reports with senior leadership.

Requirements and Qualifications





- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or management role.
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Leadership Skills: Solid ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to review data, manage basic budgets, and solve problems efficiently.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
