Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, particularly in sales, operations, research, compliance, and broking. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the financial services or stock broking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements across broking, dealing, sales, back office, and compliance departments.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with business stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure all hiring documentation and compliance requirements (e.g., SEBI regulations, background checks) are met.
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.




- Contribute to employer branding efforts and campus hiring initiatives.
- Provide weekly reports on recruitment metrics (TAT, sourcing channel performance, etc.).

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition; experience in BFSI/stock broking preferred.
- Strong understanding of roles such as Relationship Managers, Dealers, Research Analysts, and Compliance Officers.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in hiring for both volume and niche positions.
- Exposure to psychometric assessments and structured interviews is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
