We are looking for a detailed-oriented Architectural & Structural Draftsman to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting sketches, concepts, and engineer notes into explicit, precise 2D production drawings, structural details, and municipal submission plans. You will work closely with our architects, structural engineers, and BIM modelers to ensure all construction documents are accurate and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting & Detailing: Prepare highly accurate architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural detailing (foundations, columns, beams, slab reinforcement drawings).
- Technical Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with local building regulations, site dimensions, and company drafting standards.
- Coordination & Corrections: Revise and update drawings based on engineering changes, redlines, and site verification notes.




- Collaboration: Coordinate with BIM Modelers to cross-verify 2D drawing extractions and ensure design consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI (Draftsman Civil), or a related technical qualification.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in creating architectural and structural shop drawings.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) is mandatory. Basic exposure to Revit or Civil 3D is a robust advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of RCC detailing, structural steel symbols, building cross-sections, and reading civil engineering blueprints.
