Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Provisional Distribution Manager to recruit, manage and lead a team. The candidate will be responsible for team development, recruitment, coordination and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard current team members.
- Build, manage and lead a team.
- Train, guide and motivate team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
- Coordinate day-to-day team activities.
- Achieve recruitment and team performance targets.
- Develop and maintain the distribution network.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.

Requirements:





- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, insurance, BFSI, distribution or team handling.
- Freshers with good communication and leadership potential may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Self-motivated.
- Willingness to work from the office.
