Job Position:- Senior Site Engineer

Location:- Kochi, Kerala
Salary:- ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Experience:- 6 - 7 years

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage multiple civil and interior fit-out projects.
- Supervise and coordinate site supervisors and site activities.
- Read, interpret, and develop engineering drawings.
- Prepare detailed estimates and BOQs.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at the site.
- Plan and schedule project activities effectively.
- Research materials, suppliers, and current market rates.
- Identify site issues and provide effective solutions.
- Introduce innovative approaches for better project execution.
- Provide inputs for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 6 - 7 years of experience in site management.
- Strong experience in interior fit-out works.
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, estimation, and BOQ preparation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
