Expeditor is responsible for tracking and expediting materials, fabricated equipment, and components through the vendor supply chain and internal production process, ensuring on-time delivery to meet project timelines. The role requires close coordination with suppliers, internal project/production teams, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

- Track purchase orders from award through vendor fabrication/manufacturing to delivery
- Follow up proactively with vendors/suppliers on production status, identifying delays early
- Coordinate with internal project, production, and logistics teams to align delivery timelines
- Maintain and update material/delivery status reports
- Flag critical-path items or at-risk deliveries to seniors before they impact project schedules
- Verify vendor documentation (test certs, dispatch documents, invoices) before material dispatch
- Visit vendor/supplier sites as needed to physically verify production progress
- Coordinate physical receipt and handover of materials at site/factory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
