About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant Trainee to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates seeking to build a career in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in accounting operations, financial record management, and administrative support functions.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

· Support the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.

· Record and reconcile bank transactions and petty cash expenses.

· Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

· Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

· Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.

· Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and MIS reports.

· Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

· Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of accounting information.





· Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

Who Can Apply

· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any relevant degree.

· Freshers are encouraged to apply.

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

· Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software is an advantage.

· Good numerical and analytical skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Positive communication and organizational skills.

· Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
