- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure network security and performance.
- System Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Perform regular system updates and patch management.
- Hardware Maintenance
- Install and maintain computers, servers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Coordinate repairs and replacement of faulty hardware.
- Maintain IT asset inventory.
- Data Backup & Security
- Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures.
- Implement antivirus, firewall, and cybersecurity measures.
- Monitor data security and compliance with company policies.
- Software Management
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot business applications.
- Manage software licenses and ensure legal compliance.
- Support ERP, CRM,



and other enterprise applications if applicable.
- Email & Communication Systems
- Manage email accounts and collaboration tools.
- Configure email clients and resolve email-related issues.
- IT Documentation
- Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and support tickets.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with IT vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and warranty services.
- IT Projects
- Assist in implementing current IT systems and technologies.
- Support software upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
- User Training
- Train employees on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, and best practices.
- Provide guidance on new software and technologies.
- Compliance & Security
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
- Monitor system logs and report security incidents.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
