Job Responsibilities:

- Perform spray painting on metal, steel, and fabricated components.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing dust/rust.
- Mix paints, primers, thinners, and coatings as per required ratios.
- Operate spray painting guns and other painting equipment.
- Ensure uniform paint thickness, finish, and proper coverage.
- Identify and correct defects such as runs, bubbles, uneven coating, and overspray.
- Maintain painting tools, spray guns, compressors, and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures while handling paints, chemicals, and PPE.




- Maintain cleanliness of the painting area and minimize paint wastage.
- Follow production and quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Experience in industrial/metal spray painting.
- Knowledge of paint mixing and surface preparation.
- Good understanding of spray gun operation.
- Knowledge of different paints, primers, and coatings.
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Ability to work in a production workplace.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
