Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and student-friendly Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right career-oriented training programs. The role involves handling enquiries, understanding student requirements, explaining courses, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

LIVEWIRE – Tirunelveli (Palayamkottai) is looking for passionate and career-oriented professionals to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about suitable courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, certifications and career benefits.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain enquiry/student records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for student requirements.




- Support seminars, workshops and other student engagement activities.
- Achieve assigned admission targets and maintain good student relationships.

Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in educational counselling / sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, counselling and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, Email & Internet.
- Positive attitude, confidence and target-oriented mindset.
- Experience in education, training, counselling or sales is an added advantage.
