Digital Marketing Executive – App Install Marketing

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in mobile app user acquisition and paid App Install campaigns.
IMPORTANT: Previous experience running App Install campaigns for a mobile app is mandatory. Candidates without practical app-install campaign experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google App Campaigns for app installs
- Improve CPI, CAC, conversions and overall user acquisition
- Monitor campaign performance and analytics
- Create and test ad creatives, audiences and campaign strategies
- Manage retargeting and user retention campaigns
- Work on ASO and Play Store optimization
- Coordinate influencer and referral campaigns
- Develop strategies to increase app downloads and user engagement
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing experience
- Mandatory hands-on experience with mobile App Install campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with Firebase Analytics / AppsFlyer preferred
- Understanding of CPI, CAC, conversion tracking and campaign optimization
- Experience in A/B testing and performance marketing
- Good analytical and communication skills
