Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplaces and develop strategies to increase sales, traffic, product visibility, and profitability.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms and strong analytical and strategic skills.

# Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

* Develop and implement e-commerce sales growth strategies.

* Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and product visibility.

* Plan and optimize PPC / marketplace advertising campaigns.

* Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, and product performance.

* Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

* Identify underperforming products and implement strategies to improve sales and conversion.

* Plan and execute promotions, offers, and major marketplace sale events.

* Monitor product rankings, reviews, ratings, inventory, and overall marketplace performance.

* Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

# Required Skills





* Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Ads preferred.

* Strong understanding of E-Commerce, Marketplace Management, and Online Sales.

* Knowledge of PPC, digital marketing, and sales growth strategies.

* Good understanding of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.

* Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data-analysis skills.

* Solid analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work with sales targets and KPIs.

# Preferred Experience

* 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Amazon, Flipkart, PPC, or Digital Sales.

* Experience managing multiple products/ASINs.

* Experience in Amazon/Flipkart sales growth and advertising.

* Candidates with measurable sales-growth experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,794.88 - ₹34,299.84 per month
