Excellent Interior Designers Pvt Ltd is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of our interior and turnkey projects.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, contractors and workers, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and instructions.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators and other contractors.
- Monitor the quality and finishing of all works.
- Ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
- Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with the project team.
- Check site measurements and quantities wherever required.
- Identify and report site issues, delays or quality concerns to the Project Manager.
- Maintain proper site organisation, cleanliness and safety.
- Take regular site photographs and provide daily progress updates.
- Coordinate different trades to avoid delays and unnecessary rework.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey projects.
- Good understanding of interior construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and digital site reporting.
- Willingness to work at project sites and coordinate with multiple teams.
Preferred Experience -
Experience in residential, commercial, or retail projects will be an advantage.
What We Expect -
The Site Supervisor should take ownership of the site, ensure that work is executed correctly, and maintain good coordination between the project team, contractors and workers.
The objective is to deliver every project on time, with good quality and as per the approved design.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
