- Patient room side insurance document collection.
- Ontime preauth submission followup & Interim followup with front office.
- Cardiology procedure reports followup with cardiology department/ cathlab.
- Invoice followup with Pharmacy/Accounts for cashless claims.
- Co- ordinate with ward staff/ ward secretaries to get discharge summary and final bill for approval and enhancement.
- Co-ordinate with insurance company and get final approval within stipulated time and informed to ward and patient attender.
- Maintaining the discharge patient list.
- X-ray reports followup with radiology departments.
- Preparing Claim settlement documents

- Compiling and submitting the claim settlement documents to the insurance company.
- Maintaining the claim submission documents in backup server for future reference.




- Maintaining the pending list for settlement followup purpose.
- Despatch entries made in despatch section module and collect Pod Numbers from despatch section and maintained register.
- Cmchis front office preauth submission and co-ordinate with doctor secretaries.
- Cmchis Death Patient Case sheet scan and submit through Portal and Sending hard copy of case sheet through courier to Cmchis office.
- RT Patient followup details maintained.
- Clinical and procedure photos and discharge photos followup with ward.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
