Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export & Domestic Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day export and domestic logistics operations for menthol, mint oils, essential oils and related products.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export documentation, freight coordination, customs clearance, shipping processes and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete export and domestic logistics operations for menthol, mint oils, essential oils and related products.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters and shipping partners for CIF, FOB and DDP shipments.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate customs clearance, DGFT-related activities, port formalities and buyer-specific compliance requirements.
- Monitor container tracking, dispatch planning and end-to-end shipment movement.
- Coordinate with production, sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatches.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, drum counts, dispatches and warehouse stock.
- Follow up with logistics partners to ensure shipments are processed and delivered within planned timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for logistics and export transactions.
- Support smooth coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or a related field.




- 3–5 years of relevant experience in export logistics, international logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of export documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Practical knowledge of CIF, FOB and DDP shipments.
- Familiarity with customs clearance, CHA coordination, DGFT processes and shipping documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email communication and ERP systems.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and logistics activities simultaneously.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in menthol, mint oils, essential oils, chemicals, manufacturing, export or similar product-based industries will be relevant to this position.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
