Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager to handle the complete tendering process for construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in government and private tenders, tender documentation, bid preparation, and end-to-end tender management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete tendering process from tender identification to submission and closure.
- Search and evaluate relevant government and private tenders.
- Handle tender documentation, eligibility criteria, BOQ, EMD, technical and commercial submissions.
- Prepare and review tender documents, quotations and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance and project teams for tender preparation.




- Ensure timely submission of tenders as per deadlines and requirements.
- Handle e-tendering portals and online bid submission.
- Study tender conditions, specifications, scope of work and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate for pre-bid queries, clarifications and other tender-related communications.
- Maintain proper records and trackers for submitted and upcoming tenders.

Requirements

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Tender Management.
- Experience in Construction / Infrastructure / Civil / Water Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of government tendering and e-tendering procedures.
- Good understanding of tender documentation, BOQ, EMD, eligibility and bid requirements.
- Strong coordination, documentation and communication skills.
