Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate MEP works for high-rise residential apartment projects.
- Ensure execution of mechanical and electrical works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other project teams.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Review MEP drawings and coordinate with civil and architectural teams to resolve site issues.




- Conduct inspections and ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Maintain site documentation, reports, and records related to MEP activities.

Candidate Profile

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential apartment projects.
- B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Positive knowledge of MEP execution and site coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at the project site in Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹1,423,627.05 per month
