Tendering and Estimation Engineer

Job description

· Techno-commercial analysis of tender and give feedback to management/respective subject engineer.

· Online and offline bidding.

· Prepare and review technical compliance.

· Attending Pre and Post Bid queries.

· Taking vendor rates by floating the BOQ.

· Prepare, review, and submission of techno-commercial offers.

· Follow-up with clients for Submitted Offers/Bids.

· Prepare multi-discipline conceptual and definitive cost estimates for Capital Projects.

· Provide professional expertise in the resolution of estimating problems.

· Assist with bid analysis and contract negotiations.

· Provide estimate breakdown. Basic MEP knowledge.

Key Skills Required:

· Must be Diploma in 4 years - Civil Engineering Background (Interior work experience is plus point).

· Strong hands-on experience in Bidding.

· Analytical skills.

· Can work with Deadlines.

· Valuable Communication Skills.

· 2 to 3 years of exp in tender engineer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
