Required qualifications:

We are looking for an engineer whose AI work is recent but whose engineering foundation is not.

The AI tooling era is young; the habits that make software reliable in production are not.

- 1+ year building AI-powered solutions that real users depend on: agents, RAG applications, copilots, or LLM-backed automations, with something you can walk us through end to end.
- 4+ years of software engineering overall, with production depth in at least one of Python, Java, TypeScript, or C#, and the ability to stand up a backend service on your own (FastAPI, Spring Boot, Node, or similar). Not everything we build lives inside Infor.
- Robust API skills: integrating REST APIs, auth flows (OAuth2, API keys, service accounts), webhooks, pagination, rate limits, and retries, plus the patience to debug when the contract and the reality disagree.
- Hands-on experience with MCP or comparable agent-tooling patterns,



connecting AI systems to external tools and data, and ideally building those connectors yourself.
- Practical RAG and agent orchestration experience: chunking, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval that respects who is allowed to see what, and a real method for evaluating whether the output is any good.
- Asynchronous and event-driven work: queues and background workers, idempotent processing, retries, and dead-letter handling. Integrations fail, and yours should fail safely.
- Experience integrating complex transactional business systems. ERP is ideal, but fintech, logistics, or e-commerce platforms count, along with the data messiness that comes with them.
- Multi-tenant delivery experience. You have shipped something that had to be configured, deployed, and supported across more than one client environment, with role-based access and genuine data isolation.
- Sound, secure development practices: version control, code review, automated testing, CI/CD, secrets management, least-privilege access, and care with client data.
- Clear written and spoken English, documentation discipline, and the communication skills to be put in front of a client.
- Self-direction. You work from outcomes rather than tickets, ask good questions early, and are comfortable being the person who figures it out.

Pay: Up to ₹1,670,696.30 per year
