MEP Manager

Location: Gorakhpur / Project Site
Experience: 8–15 Years
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at the project site.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural and project teams.
- Review and monitor MEP drawings, BOQ, specifications and technical requirements.
- Ensure proper execution of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting and other MEP services.
- Monitor subcontractors, vendors and site teams for timely and quality execution.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards and applicable codes.
- Track project progress, material requirements and MEP schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections, approvals and technical issues.




- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related problems.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain necessary MEP documentation.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in MEP execution and project management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting and building services.
- Positive coordination, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Railway and Building Construction Projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
