We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage and maintain our inventory operations using Ginesys and Vasy ERP software.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and maintain purchase bills and GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) in the software.

* Create and update product details, SKUs, barcodes, sizes, colours, and categories.

* Manage inventory entries in Ginesys and Vasy ERP.

* Monitor stock movement, including inward, outward, transfers, and returns.

* Generate and print barcodes and product labels.

* Maintain accurate stock records across stores and warehouses.

* Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences with software stock.

* Coordinate with the purchase, sales, warehouse, and accounts teams.

* Check and verify supplier purchase bills before entry.

* Handle stock transfers between branches and warehouses.

* Monitor low-stock and excess-stock reports.





* Ensure all inventory data is entered accurately and updated on time.

* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

* Identify and report stock discrepancies to management.

Required Skills

* Experience in Ginesys and/or Vasy ERP software is preferred.

* Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.

* Knowledge of barcode and SKU management.

* Basic understanding of purchase bills, GST, and invoices.

* Positive knowledge of MS Excel.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* Experience in retail, textile, fashion, or inventory management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,500.00 per month
