Job Responsibilities

Generate new customers and sales opportunities for Junu Bullion's gold investment products

Understand customer investment requirements and recommend suitable gold products

Explain gold investment options, pricing, purchasing procedures, and product advantages clearly and professionally

Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into customers

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat-sales opportunities

Handle customer questions and provide accurate product information

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales in the company's CRM/system

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Develop new customer leads through referrals, networking, digital channels, and direct outreach

Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth purchasing experience

Monitor customer feedback and communicate market trends and customer requirements to management

Follow all company policies, sales procedures, and applicable requirements when communicating investment-related information

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in gold, bullion, financial services, banking, investments, insurance,



or a related industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships

Target-oriented and motivated by performance

Good understanding of sales follow-up and lead conversion

Basic computer and CRM skills

Good knowledge of English; additional Indian languages are an advantage

Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be given preference:

Gold or bullion sales

Gold investment products

Wealth management or financial services

Banking or insurance sales

High-value product sales

B2C investment sales

Lead generation and telesales

WhatsApp-based sales and customer conversion
