Job Description – Sales Order Processing Executive

Position: Sales Order Processing Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Kanjurmarg Mumbai (Only Mumbai Candidates)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Order Processing Executive to manage the complete sales order processing cycle. The candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, coordinating with the sales, purchase, logistics, and finance teams, and ensuring timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process sales orders received from the sales team/customers.
- Punch sales orders accurately into ERP/CRM systems.
- Verify product details, quantities, pricing, discounts, taxes, payment terms, and delivery information.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare and maintain sales order-related documents, quotations, invoices, delivery challans, etc.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the purchase team for stock requirements.




- Track order status from order confirmation to dispatch/delivery.
- Follow up with internal teams and vendors regarding pending orders.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, cancellations, amendments, and deliveries.
- Handle sales order modifications and ensure approvals are obtained wherever required.
- Share regular order status updates with the sales team.
- Resolve basic order-related queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Order Processing / Order Management / Sales Coordination / Sales Operations.
- Experience in IT Hardware, IT Distribution, System Integration, or Technology industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience working on ERP/CRM software.
- Good understanding of sales orders, invoices, delivery processes, and basic commercial terms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and follow-ups simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
