Job Description – Senior Clinic Doctor (Ayurveda)

Position: Senior Clinic Doctor
Experience: 10+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time,(6 Days working with rotational weekoff)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and handle daily OPD consultations independently.
- Diagnose patients and prescribe the company’s Ayurvedic medicines and treatment protocols.
- Recommend and manage suitable Panchakarma therapies and treatment plans.
- Handle patients with a focus on high-ticket-size treatment packages and conversions.
- Provide proper consultation, counselling, and treatment explanations to patients.
- Ensure effective patient handling with a focus on patient satisfaction and treatment adherence.
- Coordinate with the clinic team and Panchakarma therapists for smooth treatment execution.
- Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and follow-up details.




- Must be capable of handling challenging patients and situations
- Handled No Relif Patient

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: BAMS / MD Ayurveda.
- Experience in OPD consultation, Ayurvedic treatment, and Panchakarma.
- Proven experience in handling high-value/high-ticket treatment cases.
- Robust consultation, patient counselling, and conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and Panchakarma procedures.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship management skills.
