- Manage end-to-end store construction and development projects.
- Coordinate civil work, interiors, electrical, plumbing, signage, furniture, and other store requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is completed as per quality and design standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of stores within approved budgets.
- Maintain proper documentation, vendor records, quotations, and project reports.
- Coordinate multiple store projects simultaneously across different locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
