Creative Point runs a training academy offering courses in Digital Marketing, Web Development, and more. We help students and job-seekers build real, in-demand skills through practical, hands-on training. We're looking for an HR Executive who can drive admissions and bring in the right candidates for our courses and internships.

About the Role

This role is all about outreach and candidate sourcing. You'll be responsible for finding and bringing in students for our courses and interns for our internship programs — through colleges, other academies, social media, referrals, and any channel that works. You'll be the main point of contact for prospective candidates, guiding them from first enquiry to enrollment.

What You'll Do

- Identify and reach out to potential candidates for courses and internships through colleges, training institutes, academies, job portals, and social platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges/academies for regular referrals and tie-ups
- Respond to enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media, and convert them into enrollments
- Conduct counselling calls/sessions to explain course details, and career outcomes to prospective students
- Coordinate walk-ins, interviews, and orientation for recent candidates
- Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions




- Work with the marketing team to run local outreach campaigns (posters, college visits, referral drives, etc.)
- Meet monthly targets for course enrollments and internship placements
- Handle basic documentation and onboarding for enrolled candidates

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in HR, admissions, counselling, telecalling, or sales (education/training industry preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills — comfortable talking to students, parents, and college coordinators
- Good networking ability and confidence in cold outreach
- Target-driven mindset with a knack for convincing and follow-up
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, email)
- Two-wheeler preferred for occasional college visits
