Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Executive to supervise and manage PEB manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with various departments, and optimizing manpower, materials, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily PEB production activities.
- Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, drilling, fit-up, welding, painting, and dispatch.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Project teams.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and machinery effectively.
- Monitor productivity, reduce wastage, and control rework.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Guide and supervise production staff and operators.

Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of PEB fabrication, welding, structural steel, and production processes.

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in PEB manufacturing or structural steel fabrication.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior production position is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
