Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Full Stack Developer – React, Node.js & AI to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in React.js and Node.js, along with hands-on exposure to AI/LLM technologies and AI-assisted development.

You will be involved in developing and maintaining complete web applications, from responsive React interfaces and Node.js APIs to database design, third-party integrations, and AI-powered features.

Experience with Flutter / Dart will be an added advantage, as you may also get an opportunity to contribute to our mobile applications.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building products, solving problems, learning new technologies, and taking ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and modern UI frameworks.
- Develop robust and secure REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, develop, and optimize database structures and queries.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, communication services, and other external platforms.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered features into web and business applications.
- Work with Generative AI, LLM APIs, AI agents, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Use up-to-date AI coding and development tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the complete technology stack.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development and testing best practices.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, backend developers, and product teams.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Contribute to deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of applications.
- Take ownership of assigned features from development through testing and deployment.

AI Development – Must Have

Practical AI development experience is a mandatory requirement for this position.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

- OpenAI API or other LLM APIs
- Generative AI application development
- Prompt engineering
- AI-powered application features




- LLM integration into web applications
- AI agents and AI automation
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Embeddings and vector databases
- AI-based workflow automation
- AI coding/development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools

You should be comfortable learning and experimenting with new AI technologies and identifying practical opportunities to incorporate AI into products.

Candidates should ideally be able to demonstrate at least one practical AI project, feature, or application they have worked on.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional experience in React.js and Node.js development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / ES6+.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Good understanding of React components, Hooks, state management, and reusable UI architecture.
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn current technologies and frameworks.

Flutter / Mobile Development – Added Advantage

Experience with Flutter / Dart will be a strong advantage.

Candidates with experience in:

- Developing Flutter applications
- Integrating REST APIs in Flutter
- Firebase
- Android/iOS application development
- Publishing applications to Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Building applications that share APIs and backend services with web applications

will be preferred.

Flutter experience is not mandatory, but the candidate should be open to learning Flutter and contributing to mobile application development when required.
