- Lead SAP Finance FI RTR implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure and support:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Financial Closing and Reporting
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Work closely with business users, finance teams, and technical teams.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.
- Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Manage defect identification, resolution, and testing.
- Provide production support and recommend process improvements.
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and user training sessions.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to successful project delivery.
Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of relevant SAP Finance experience.
- Strong experience in SAP RTR / Record-to-Report processes.
- Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP ECC.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Strong integration experience with:
- SAP CO (Controlling)
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
- Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Business AI for Finance.
