Clinical Supervisor – Speech & Language Therapy Department

Job Description

Rainbow Child Development Centre, Sector 43, Gurugram is looking for an experienced and responsible Clinical Supervisor to lead and supervise the Speech & Language Therapy Department.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining clinical quality, guiding therapists, monitoring therapy plans and ensuring effective communication with parents and the management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide Speech & Language Therapists.
- Review assessments, therapy goals, treatment plans and progress reports.
- Conduct regular case discussions and provide clinical guidance to therapists.
- Monitor therapy sessions and ensure quality of intervention.
- Support therapists in handling complex clinical cases.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of monthly progress reports.
- Conduct/review parent counselling and home-program recommendations.
- Train and mentor junior therapists and new team members.
- Monitor therapist performance, discipline and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Occupational Therapy,



ABA and Special Education for multidisciplinary cases.
- Report clinical progress, concerns and departmental requirements to the Director/Management.

Qualification

BASLP / MASLP
Valid RCI Registration preferred/required as applicable.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
Previous experience in team supervision / clinical leadership will be an advantage.

Skills Required

Strong clinical knowledge, leadership and team-management skills, good parent counselling and communication skills, documentation/report-writing ability, and experience working with children with developmental and communication disorders.
