Organizational Role: Project Manager

1. Project Execution and activity wise resource allocation.

2. Supervision of the critical processes and recording the updates chronologically.

3. Construction Planning for methods and man-power.

4. Co-ordination with different departments.

5. Execution as per the drawings. Supervision of work and monitor the work in compliance with project specifications and client requirements

6.Responsible for site quality

7. Responsible for supervise the document controls of technical submitting, drawings.

8.Responsible for supervise all inspections, required tests, record inspections and test made as per Specification

9. Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and/or cancel stop work order.





10.Provide technical support and guidance to the site staff in submission of materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawing, as built drawings

11.Reviews and advises on construction procedures related to structures

12. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to be submitted to Chairman.
