Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Baner, Pune

Job Summary: We are looking for a capable and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end execution of signage projects. While prior experience in the signage industry is a plus, we welcome candidates from other industries who have a strong background in managing or coordinating projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple signage projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and installation) and external vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Review technical and design documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Facilitate internal meetings and hold teams accountable for milestones.




- Ensure compliance with city permitting requirements and signage regulations.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in managing or coordinating projects, regardless of industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to interpret project documentation and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable with remote work and independently managing timelines and deliverables.
- A willingness to learn the signage industry quickly is essential.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
